Disappointed

Im soo upset!
Today morning when i woke up, the first thing i heard was my mum telling my sis that tonight's moon was gonna be the biggest and brightest full moon of the year! damn it i was soo excited and when it came to about 10pm, i looked outside and was like wth? when i came to check the article,Crap Ass it was  yesterday's news! im sooo pissed off i missed it!
I LOVE THE MOON..
whenever there used to be a full moon,(if it wasnt extremely hot) i would lay down outside alone in the dark just staring up in the sky with my binoculars hoping to see something move or fly by... or maybe the man in the moon waving back or something.. hahahaha! but i loveee doing that cos my brain completely goes dead and i get lost in a world of peace and quiet.. Gay or Not, im soo an emo person at times.. but i cant help it.. LOLX!  even staring out into the wide open sea during a gorgeous sunset can make me cry.. for what i have no clue? either im insane or its a gay female thing.. =P

WELL,
If anyone of you actually give a shit about the moon, please go on reading the rest of this post about what we missed straight from the website!

"Friday's full moon was the biggest and brightest full moon of the year, offering those with clear skies an opportunity to identify easy-to-see features on the moon.
This being the first full moon of 2010, it is also known as the wolf moon, a moniker dating back to Native American culture and the notion that hungry wolves howled at the full moon on cold winter nights. The moon is, on average, 238,855 miles (384,400 km) from Earth. The moon's orbit around Earth — which causes it to go through all its phases once every 29.5 days — is not a perfect circle, but rather an ellipse. One side of the orbit is 31,070 miles (50,000 km) closer than the other.
So in each orbit, the moon reaches this closest point to us, called perigee. Once or twice a year, perigee coincides with a full moon, as it will tonight, making the moon bigger and brighter than any other full moons during the year.
On Jan. 29, the moon was about 14 percent wider and 30 percent brighter than lesser full moons of the year, according to Spaceweather.com.
As a bonus, Mars was right next to the moon on Friday. Skywatchers may have seen the reddish, star-like object. "
